You will need your Company site name, username, and password to successfully log in. Reach out to the primary Master Console Administrator for your account regarding this information.
You will need the timeclock admin and super admin PIN passcodes to access the timeclock menus. Reach out to the primary Master Console Administrator for your account regarding this information.
View/Edit/Remove a timeclock
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Timeclocks option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Search icon and enter the intended Timeclock name to display that device.
- Click the Filter icon and select the intended Client account(s) to display their timeclock(s), as needed.
- Click the intended timeclock to display the device information. Note that the device admin and super admin PIN numbers are displayed here and that this information is not visible to other user roles.
- Enter/Select the intended details on the Edit Time Clock page, clicking the SAVE button when finished.
- To remove the device from your account, click the Remove button.
Change the background for a timeclock
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Timeclocks option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Change Background Image icon and click the Select All button or select the intended Timeclock(s) to change the background.
- Click the Select Image button and select an image or browse for the intended image file, before clicking the Apply button.
Reassign a timeclock
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Timeclocks option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Reassign icon.
- Drag and drop the intended timeclocks onto the intended client accounts.
Add a new timeclock
- Power on the device and tap the Let's Get Started button.
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Timeclocks option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Add icon.
- Enter/Select the intended details on the Add New Time Clock page, clicking the SAVE button when finished. (Note the Device ID will be displayed on the screen of a new timeclock when it is connected to the internet, meeting the device network communication requirements, and powered on.)
Deploy a new timeclock at a client-site
- Power on the device and tap the Let's Get Started button.
- Connect an ethernet cable to or acquire the WIFI credentials for the intended network, meeting the device network communication requirements.
- Tap the Network Settings option and select the corresponding (LAN or WIFI) option on the device display.
- Enter/select the appropriate information/settings for the client-site network. Reach out to the client-site network administrator regarding this information. The Device ID will be displayed on the screen.
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Timeclocks option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Add icon.
- Enter/Select the intended details on the Add New Time Clock page, clicking the SAVE button when finished.
Request a new device ID
- From the device, press the Admin button and enter the 8-digit super admin PIN to access the super admin menu.
- Press the Request Device ID button and select the model number for your device (see the sticker on the device).
Select an environment
IMPORTANT NOTE: This process should only be completed with the assistance of a Staffing Customer Service Technician. Please reach out to us via chat, email, text, or phone. Completing this process without a support technician could result in lost punches and/or the device being unusable.
- In QC Tools tap Production.
- Choose Staffing as the Product Type.
- Select US for the Region.
- Tap Yes to confirm you want to change to a Staffing US Production account.
- Tap the back icon.
