Reports Follow
You will need your Client site name, username, and password to successfully log in. Reach out to the primary Master Console Administrator for your account regarding this information.
Run a Payroll Report
- Log in to the intended Client Account.
- Click the Reports option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Payroll Report option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Pay Period option and select the intended date range to display the information for.
- Click the Customize Report button, select the sorting options (List by Department or Employee, View by Total Hours or Gross Pay), select the intended Employee(s) using the Status filter (Active, Archived) as needed, select the intended Department(s) using the Status filter (Active, Archived) as needed, before clicking the Apply button when finished.
- You can click the Reset Filters button to clear your selections as needed.
- Click one of the export icons (Print, Email, Export) to share the selected report as needed.
Run a Punch Report
- Log in to the intended Client Account.
- Click the Reports option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Punch Report option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Pay Period option and select the intended date range to display the information for.
- Click the Filter icon, select the intended display options (Minute Format, Punch Method, Punch Type), select the intended Employee(s) using the Status filter (Active, Archived) as needed, select the intended Client(s)/Department(s) using the Status filter (Active, Archived) as needed, before clicking the Apply button when finished.
- You can click the Reset Filters button to clear your selections as needed.
- Click the Export icon to download a .CSV of the selected report as needed.
