Add/Remove/Replace Face Templates (FE2000/2500) Follow
Before registering a template, the employee must be entered on the portal. After their profile is created, it will be listed on the user list from the device.
You will need your Company site name, username, and password to successfully log in. Reach out to the primary Master Console Administrator for your account regarding this information.
You will need the timeclock admin and super admin PIN passcodes to access the timeclock menus. Reach out to the primary Master Console Administrator for your account regarding this information.
To add a face template for an employee, follow these steps (FE2000/2500) :
- Tap the PIN icon on the screen.
- Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
- Select USER MANAGEMENT.
- Select the employee.
- If the employee does not have a face template assigned, look towards the screen.
- When the scan is complete, select TEST FACE.
- Once you receive the 'Test Successful" message the face template has been successfully assigned.
- Select VIEW USER MENU or VIEW EMPLOYEE LIST.
To remove a face template for an employee, follow these steps (FE2000/2500) :
- Tap the PIN icon on the screen.
- Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
- Select USER MANAGEMENT.
- Select the name of the employee.
- Select the face to be deleted.
- Select DELETE, then select YES to confirm.
- You will be prompted with an option to replace the face template. Select REPLACE FACE to create a new face template or select the X to exit.
- If you want to replace the face template, select REPLACE FACE.
- Have the employee look towards the screen.
- When the scan is complete, select TEST FACE.
- Once you receive the 'Test Successful" message the face template has been successfully assigned.
- Select VIEW USER MENU or VIEW EMPLOYEE LIST.
To replace a face template for an employee, follow these steps (FE2000/2500) :
- Tap the PIN icon on the screen.
- Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
- Select USER MANAGEMENT.
- Select the name of the employee.
- Select REPLACE, then select YES to confirm.
- Have the employee look towards the screen.
- When the scan is complete, select TEST FACE.
- Once you receive the 'Test Successful" message the face template has been successfully assigned.
- Select VIEW USER MENU or VIEW EMPLOYEE LIST.
