You will need your Company site name, username, and password to successfully log in. Reach out to the primary Master Console Administrator for your account regarding this information.
Add a new Console Administrator
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Users option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Console Administrators option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Add icon.
- Enter the intended details on the Client Information page, clicking the SAVE button when finished.
Edit/Archive/Re-activate a Console Administrator
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Users option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Console Administrators option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Search icon and enter the intended name to display their information.
- Click the Filter icon and select one of the status options (All, Active, Archived) as needed.
- Click the Add icon.
- Enter the intended details on the Client Information page, clicking the SAVE button when finished.
- Click the EDIT button for the intended administrator.
- Enter the intended details on the Overview page, clicking the SAVE button when finished.
- To archive/re-activate the user, select the Archived/Active option for the Status setting.
Add a new Employee
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Users option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Employees option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Add icon.
- Enter the intended details on the Overview page, before clicking the arrow button to proceed when finished.
- Click the expand arrow for the intended Client(s) on the Employee Assignment page and select the intended Department to assign the selected employee to, before clicking the arrow button to proceed when finished.
- Enter the intended details on the System Access page, before clicking the SAVE button when finished.
Edit/Archive/Re-activate an Employee
- Log in to the Master Console for your account.
- Click the Users option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Employees option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Search icon and enter the intended name to display their information.
- Click the Filter icon and select one of the status options (All, Active, Archived) as needed.
- Click the Add icon.
- Enter the intended details on the Client Information page, clicking the SAVE button when finished.
- Click the EDIT button for the intended employee.
- Enter the intended details on the Overview page, before clicking the arrow button to proceed when finished.
- To archive/re-activate the user, select the Archived/Active option for the Status setting.
- Click the expand arrow for the intended Client(s) on the Employee Assignment page and select the intended Department to assign the selected employee to, before clicking the arrow button to proceed when finished.
- Enter the intended details on the System Access page, before clicking the SAVE button when finished.
Upload Employees
- Download and open the employee upload form from this article.
- Review the Example form to ensure your form is completed with the correct formatting.
- Complete the form and save the file using CSV format. Name the file: uAttendStaffing_employee.upload_<insert your company name>.
- Attach the file in an email addressed to: support@staffmyclients.com.
- If you already have an open support ticket for this issue, you can attach the file and reply with the following in the ticket comments instead of composing a new email.
- Enter the following in the subject field:uAttend Staffing- Employee Upload Request Include the following information in the body of the email:
- Master Console Account/Company name:
- Confirm the required document is attached.
- You should receive a response within 3 business days.
