Client dashboard

You will need your Client site name, username, and password to successfully log in.  Reach out to the primary Master Console Administrator for your account regarding this information.

Using the Onsite Today widget

Onsite today - This widget displays the current status of the employees on your client account.

1. Log in to the intended Client Account.
2. In the Onsite Today widget, click one of the Status options (IN, On Rest, At Meal, Out) to see a list of all employees on your account that are currently in the selected status.
3. Click the Search icon and begin entering the intended employee's name to display their current status.  
4. Click the Filter icon and select the intended Client account(s) to display in the widget.

Using the Missed Punches widget

Missed punches - This widget displays missed punches for the current pay period on your client account.

1. Log in to the intended Client Account.
2. In the Missed Punches widget, click one of the employees to see the details of the missed punch for the selected employee.
3. Enter the intended time for the selected missed punch and click the SAVE button.
4. Click the Search icon and begin entering the intended employee's name to display their missed punches for the current pay period.  
5. Click the Filter icon and select the intended Client account(s) to display in the widget.
