You will need your Client site name, username, and password to successfully log in. Reach out to the primary Master Console Administrator for your account regarding this information.
Time Card Settings (Time Format, Pay Period, Holidays)
- Log in to the intended Client Account.
- Click the Settings option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Timecard option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Select the intended options for the Time Format section.

Hour Format
- Standard (1-12 AM/PM)
- Military (0-23)

Minute Format
- Minutes (:01-:59) - ex. Four hours and twenty-nine minutes = 4:29
- Hundredths (.00-.99) - ex. Four hours and twenty-nine minutes = 4.48
- Tenths (.0-.9) - ex. Four hours and twenty-nine minutes = 4.5

Accrual Rounding
- Tenths (000.0) - Earned benefit calculations are rounded to the nearest tenth of an hour
- Hundredths (000.00) - Earned benefit calculations are rounded to the nearest hundredth of an hour
- Thousandths (000.000) - Earned benefit calculations are rounded to the nearest thousandth of an hour
- Ten Thousandths (000.0000) - Earned benefit calculations are rounded to the nearest ten-thousandth of an hour

Hour Format
- Select the intended options for the Pay Period section.
- Weekly - A 7-day pay period
- Bi-weekly - A 14-day pay period
- Semi-monthly - 2 pay periods per month
- Monthly - 1 pay period per month
- Workweek Starts On - The beginning of a 7 consecutive day period used to calculate weekly overtime
- Click the Add icon in the Holiday section to add a holiday.
- Enter/Select the intended settings for the new holiday, before clicking the checkmark button when finished.
- Date and Holiday name - The date the holiday occurs and the name used to identify it (on timecards)
- Paid hours - The number of hours the employee will be paid if not working
- Pay Code - The pay code the hours will be entered under (on timecards and reporting)
- Apply to All - The holiday can be applied to all or none of the employees. Select the option that applies to the majority of your employees and edit the settings for individual employees as needed.
- Working - The employee will either receive the entered number of hours in the selected pay code, if not working, or the hours worked will be allocated to the selected pay code if working.
Punch Management Settings
Edit/Remove/Add Timeclocks
- Log in to the intended Client Account.
- Click the Settings option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Punch Management option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Edit icon next to a device and enter/select the intended details to edit a setting on an existing timeclock.
- You can click the Trash icon to remove a device from your account.
- Click the Add icon in the Time Clocks section to add a new timeclock.
- Enter/Select the intended options for the new timeclock, before clicking the checkmark button when finished.
- Device ID - Used to pair a device with an account (retrieved from the device)
- Name/Location - Used to identify the device in the portal and on reports
- Timezone - Should correspond with the physical location of the device
- Status - Reflects the network status of the device
Edit/Remove/Add IP Address restrictions
- Log in to the intended Client Account.
- Click the Settings option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Punch Management option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Edit icon next to an IP Address and enter/select the intended details to edit a setting on an existing IP address restriction.
- You can click the Trash icon to remove a restriction from your account.
- Click the Add icon in the IP Address section to add a new IP address restriction.
- Enter/Select the intended options for the new IP address, before clicking the checkmark button when finished.
- IP Address - The local public IP for the intended network for web punching
- Name - Used to identify this IP in the portal and on reports
Edit/Remove/Add Geo-location restrictions
- Log in to the intended Client Account.
- Click the Settings option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Punch Management option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Edit icon next to a Geo-location and enter/select the intended details to edit a setting on an existing geo-location restriction.
- You can click the Trash icon to remove a restriction from your account.
- Click the Add icon in the IP Address section to add a new geo-location restriction.
- Enter/Select the intended options for the new geo-location, before clicking the checkmark button when finished.
- Nickname - Used to identify this geo-location in the portal and on reports
- Address - The physical location intended for smartphone punching
- Radius - The area around the entered address included in the allowed geo-location
Export Settings
- Log in to the intended Client Account.
- Click the Settings option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Export option from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
- Click the Edit icon for the Export Preference setting and enter/select the intended format option to apply to the exported version of the Total Hours Report, before clicking the checkmark button when finished.
- Click the Edit icon next to a Column Header name and enter the intended column header to apply to the exported version of the Total Hours Report, before clicking the checkmark button when finished.
